ORDINANCE NO. BL2015-37

An ordinance authorizing the granting of a permanent easement to Q & A Holdings, G.P. on certain property owned by the Metropolitan Government (Parcel No. 09109014200) (Proposal No. 2015M-050ES-001).

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County owns a park known as Charlotte Park located at 6031 East Bend Drive (also known as Parcel No. 09109014200) and as shown on the attached easement (Exhibit A); and,

WHEREAS, Q & A Holdings, G.P. has requested a permanent easement, as described in the attached Easement Agreement and shown on Exhibit A, across said property for the purposes of installing and maintaining a sanitary sewer line; and,

WHEREAS, the installation of such sewer lines is necessary for the successful construction of a residential use project located at 606 and 608 Croley Drive (Parcel Nos. 090120269.00 and 090120269.01).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE:

Section 1. The granting of a permanent easement to Q & A Holdings, G.P. for the purpose of installing and maintaining a sanitary sewer line (as described in the attached Easement Agreement and shown in Exhibit A) is hereby approved.

Section 2. That the Director of Public Property Administration is hereby authorized to grant said easement and to execute the necessary documents pertaining thereto.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
