ORDINANCE NO. BL2015-1066
An ordinance amending Chapter 7.08 of the Metropolitan Code pertaining to prohibited acts by beer permit holders, agents, and employees.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. Section 7.08.140 of the Metropolitan Code is hereby amended by adding the following new subsections U. V. and W.:
U. To fail to provide functional restroom facilities in accordance with all applicable health and building code regulations for use by the public.
V. For a retailer off-sale permit holder selling beer in single containers of less than sixty-four U.S. fluid ounces to fail to make restroom facilities available to the public, regardless of whether the individual makes a purchase.
W. To permit public urination on the premises of a business that holds a beer permit.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
