ORDINANCE NO. BL2015-1064
An ordinance amending Section 17.08.030 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, to allow detached accessory dwellings as a use permitted with conditions in the CL zoning district (Proposal No. 2015Z-005TX-001).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. Section 17.08.030 of the Metropolitan Code, District Land Use Tables, is hereby amended by adding “Accessory dwelling, detached” as a use permitted with conditions (PC) in the CL zoning district.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
