ORDINANCE NO. BL2013-508

An Ordinance amending Section 2.222.040 of the Metropolitan Code pertaining to the procedures for the submission of complaints alleging violations of the standards of conduct.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Section 2.222.040 of the Metropolitan Code is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “Complainant's legal name and current mailing address”, wherein it appears in subsection C., and substituting with the phrase “Complainant's legal name, current mailing address, and a valid telephone number and/or email address”.

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
