ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-316

An ordinance approving the Metropolitan Government to acquire permanent and temporary easements for the Primrose Circle Stormwater Improvement Project on seven (7) properties located along Primrose Circle (Project No. 13-SWC-0026). (Proposal No. 2012M-032ES-001).

WHEREAS, The acquisition of permanent and temporary easements on seven properties located along Primrose Circle are needed to construct the Primrose Circle Stormwater Improvement Project; and,

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2012M-032ES-001 on October 1, 2012, for the acquisition of said easement.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government is authorized to acquire permanent and temporary easements on the properties located along Primrose Circle and shown on Exhibit 1 and 2 which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Director of Water and Sewerage Services and the Director of Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acquisition authorized by this ordinance.

Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
