Madam President:
I move to amend Ordinance No. BL2012-237 as follows:
1. By deleting the date “September 1, 2012” each time it appears in Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7, and substituting in lieu thereof the date “January 1, 2013”.
2. By deleting the date “August 31, 2012” each time it appears in Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, and substituting in lieu thereof the date “December 31, 2012”.
