ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-225
An ordinance authorizing the acquisition and acceptance of easements on properties located at 0, 414, 422, and 607 Munn Road for the Munn Road Bridge Replacement Project No.12-WC-0034 (Proposal No. 2012M-013ES-001).
WHEREAS, Easements are needed for the replacement of the Munn Road Bridge, a bridge maintained by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,
WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Planning Commission approved the easements in mandatory referral No. 2012M-013ES-001, dated May 17, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government is authorized to acquire and accept easements located at 0, 414, 422, and 607 Munn Road, as indicated on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the Munn Road Bridge Replacement Project (No. 12-WC-0034).
Section 2. The Director of the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services and the Director of Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary to acquire and accept the easements.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
