ORDINANCE NO. BL2012-121
An Ordinance amending Chapter 6.74 of the Metropolitan Code to exclude passenger vehicles that solely provide transportation to and from a parking facility and the airport.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Section 6.74.010 of the Metropolitan Code is hereby amended by adding the following provision at the end of the definition of the term “for hire”:
“, but excluding the purchase of parking wherein the transportation is provided exclusively to and from the Metropolitan Nashville Airport.”
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its enactment, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
