An ordinance authorizing The Industrial Development Board of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to negotiate and accept payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to a water and snow park to be located at the intersection of Briley Parkway and McGavock Pike.

Ordinance No. BL2012-118
Madam President:
I move to amend Ordinance No. BL2012-118 by inserting the following language immediately preceding the 17th recital:
“Whereas, the Metropolitan Government encourages and supports the retention and creation of local jobs by local companies; and”
I, further, move to amend Ordinance No. BL2012-118 by deleting Section 5(a)(2) in its entirety and renumbering the remaining provisions of Section 5 accordingly.
