An Ordinance amending Chapter 12.41 of the Metropolitan Code pertaining to the licensing and operation of valet services within the area of the Metropolitan Government.

Madam President:
I move to amend Ordinance No. 2011-916 as follows:
1. By amending Section 12.41.010 – Definitions by deleting the definition of Commission and substituting in lieu thereof the following new definition: “Commission” means the metropolitan traffic and parking commission or its designee.
2. By amending Section 12.41.020 License required – Issuance – Conditions. Paragraph C.4. by deleting the phrase “,home addresses and ages” wherein it appears and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “and home addresses”
3. By amending Section 12.41.070 C. by deleting the first two sentences and substituting in lieu thereof the following: ”At the time an application for a license is made, the applicant shall certify that all employees of the valet parking operator are eligible to serve as an employee of an operator.”
