ORDINANCE NO. BL2010-821
An Ordinance amending Section 2.196.040 of the Metropolitan Code to increase the annual filing fee for the registration of lobbyists.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Section 2.196.040 of the Metropolitan Code is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “twenty-five dollars”, wherein it appears in subsection B., and substituting with the phrase “fifty dollars”.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
