ORDINANCE NO. BL2010-641
An Ordinance amending Section 12.40.200 of the Metropolitan Code pertaining to unattended motor vehicles.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Section 12.40.200 of the Metropolitan Code is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
