An ordinance to amend Titles 7, 11 and 13 of the Metropolitan Code relative to the creation of a new zoning district called the “Downtown Code” (DTC), which will replace the zoning district “Commercial Core” (CC) that is currently referenced in multiple Titles within the Metropolitan Code.
