ORDINANCE NO. BL2009-536
An Ordinance amending Chapter 17.40 of Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, to repeal the requirement that all amendments to the official zoning map or zoning regulations be submitted to the department of law for a statement as to legality (Proposal No. 2009Z-016TX-001).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Chapter 17.40 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, is hereby amended by repealing Section 17.40.075 in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
