ORDINANCE NO. BL2009-380

An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government to participate with Beazer Homes, Bradburn Villages Subdivision, to provide public pressure sewer extension through construction of sewerage pump station and force main for its development at Bradburn Village Subdivision.

WHEREAS, Beazer Homes , has expressed a desire to provide public pressure sewer extension through construction of a sewerage pump station and force main for its development at Bradburn Village Subdivision ; and

WHEREAS, Beazer Homes, agrees to fund the additional operation and maintenance costs for the proposed pump station and force main in the amount of $100,000.00 at the time Bradburn Village Subdivision, requests a sewer connection permit.

WHEREAS, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. The maintenance agreement with Beazer Homes to provide public pressure sewer through construction of a sewerage pump station and force main for its development at Bradburn Village Subdivision, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved and the Director of Water and Sewerage Services is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
