ORDINANCE NO. BL2008-366

An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government to participate with Drees Homes to provide public sewer service in Williamson County for Project No. 04-SL-0195.

WHEREAS, Pursuant to the terms of the document attached as Exhibit A, Drees Homes proposes to provide public sewer service in Williamson County, Tennessee, to a development known as, Project No. 04-SL-0195; and,

WHEREAS, this Project is deemed to benefit both parties and the general community, and Metro agrees to pay Drees Homes an amount not to exceed $76,000.00 to build the sewer lines on Lot 4A as shown on Plat Book 7 Page 10 Williamson County Register of Deeds.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The participation agreement (Exhibit A) with Drees Homes, to provide public sewer services in Williamson County, Tennessee, known as Drees Homes, Lot 4A, Project No. 04-SL-0195, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Director of Water and Sewer Services is authorized to execute the same.

Section 2. That the $76,000.00 to Drees Homes will be paid upon completion of construction and sewer lines are deeded to Metro.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
