ORDINANCE NO. BL2008-326
An Ordinance amending Section 17.08.030 of Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by making certain automobile and heavy equipment repair, services, and sales uses permitted only within the Specific Plan (SP) district (Proposal No. 2008Z-087T).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Chapter 17.08 of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 17.08.030, District Land Use Tables, as follows:
1. Under "Commercial Uses", delete "Automobile sales, used" as a "P" (permitted) use in the IWD, IR and IG districts.
2. Under "Commercial Uses", delete "Automobile repair" as a "P" (permitted) use in the IWD, IR and IG districts.
3. Under "Commercial Uses", delete "Vehicular Rental/Leasing" as a "P" (permitted) use in the IWD, IR and IG districts.
4. Under "Commercial Uses", delete "Vehicular Sales and Service, Limited" as a "P" (permitted) use in the IWD, IR and IG districts.
5. Under "Commercial Uses", delete "Wrecker Service" as a "P" (permitted) use in the IWD, IR and IG districts.
6. Under "Industrial Uses", delete "Heavy Equipment, Sales and Service" as a "P" (permitted) use in the IWD, IR and IG districts.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
