ORDINANCE NO. BL2008-216
An ordinance amending Section 16.24.330 of the Metropolitan Code exempting school property from the requirement that motor vehicles be parked on a paved or graveled driveway.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. Section 16.24.330 of the Metropolitan Code is hereby amended by adding the following provision at the end of subsection K.3.:
"Further, the provisions of this subsection shall not apply to the parking of automobiles during special events on property under the control of the metropolitan board of public education.”
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
