An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of a certain easement described in the plans for Anna L. Reeves Stormwater Project. No. 04-D-00739, Glenrose Avenue, 94, 102 B, 102, 104, 106, 108, 112, 212, 214, 216, 218, 220, 222, 224, 228, 232, and 0 Glenrose Avenue and 0 Foster Avenue (Proposal No. 2007M-103U-11).

WHEREAS, grants of a certain easement have been executed by the respective property owner and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, those easements are described in the plans for Project No. 04-D-00739, Glenrose Avenue, on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owner a certain easement as described in the plans for Project No. 04-D-00739, Glenrose Avenue, on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easement shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. Any further amendments to this legislation may be processed by Resolution.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
