ORDINANCE NO. BL2007-63
An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by repealing Ordinance No. BL2007-1358, which amended a portion of the Planned Unit Development district located on the south side of Central Pike, to allow for the development of 35,200 square feet of medical office, replacing 31,920 square feet of office and retail space, all of which is more particularly described herein (Proposal No. 189-73-G-14).
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, is hereby amended by repealing the provisions of Ordinance No. BL2007-1358 in their entirety, which amended a portion of the Planned Unit Development district located on the south side of Central Pike to allow for the development of 35,200 square feet of medical office, replacing 31,920 square feet of office and retail space, as being Property Parcel No. 341 as designated on Map 086-00 of Official Property Identification Maps of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, all of which is described by lines, words and figures on the attached sketch made a part of this ordinance as though copied herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
