ORDINANCE NO. BL2007-1378

An ordinance accepting a contribution to the Metropolitan Government from H.G. Hill Realty, LLC in the amount of $83,601 for milling and resurfacing Hillsboro Circle from Abbott Martin Road to Hobbs Road.

WHEREAS, H.G. Hill Realty, LLC is developing land along Hillsboro Circle between Abbot Martin Road to Hobbs Road, and

WHEREAS, in acknowledgement of the foregoing, H.G. Hills Realty, LLC has offered a contribution the amount of $83,601 to the Metropolitan Government for the purpose of milling and resurfacing that portion of Hillsboro Circle, and

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Government has agreed to mill and resurface Hillsboro Circle from Abbot Martin Road to Hobbs Road.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. That the contribution of $83,601 for milling and resurfacing Hillsboro Circle from H.G. Hills Realty, LLC is hereby approved and accepted, and shall be deposited in a fund designated by the Director of Finance.

Section 2. That the Department of Public Works shall use these funds for the purposes of milling and resurfacing Hillsboro Circle from Abbot Martin Road to Hobbs Road.

Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
