An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of certain easements for stormwater projects located at 849 Briley Parkway, 317 Seven Springs Way 101, 377 Athens Way #100, 5606 Cloverland Drive, 681 Old Hickory Boulevard, 675 Old Hickory Boulevard., 3714 Crestview Drive, 3711 Rosemont Avenue, 1216 Northgate Business #101, 525 Donelson Pike, 3104 West End Circle, 3102 West End Circle, 628 Southgate Avenue, 3908 Charlotte Avenue, 3906 Charlotte Avenue, 3904 Charlotte Avenue, 3900 Charlotte Avenue, and 2917 Nolensville Pike.

WHEREAS, grants of certain easements have been executed by the respective property owners and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are further described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for multiple stormwater projects specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, and the easements are for the purposes of those stormwater projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration, is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for certain stormwater projects as specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, for the purposes of those stormwater projects, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and Exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
