An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by repealing Ordinance No. BL2006-972, which made certain automobile repair, services, and sales uses permitted only within the Specific Plan (SP) district, and modified the definition of these uses and land use tables accordingly (Proposal No. 2007Z-001T).

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, is hereby amended by repealing the provisions of Ordinance No. BL2006-972 in their entirety.

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
