An Ordinance amending Section 17.40.106 of Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, Zoning Regulations, to require development plans for Specific Plan zoning districts to be filed with the Metropolitan Clerk prior to consideration by the Council of the Specific Plan rezoning ordinance (Proposal No. 2006Z-195T).

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Chapter 17.40 of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, is hereby amended by amending Section 17.40.106 by adding the following provision at the end of subsection E.:

"No such ordinance shall be considered by the metropolitan council unless a copy of the development plan required by this section has been filed with the metropolitan clerk."

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
