ORDINANCE NO. BL2006-1241

An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government to participate with Nolensville Paint and Body to provide one public sewer service connection to Haley Industrial Park, Project No. 05-SL-63, in Williamson County, Tennessee.

WHEREAS, Nolensville Paint and Body has expressed the desire to fund one public sewer service connection to a development known as Haley Industrial Park, Project No. 05-SL-63, in Williamson County, Tennessee ; and

WHEREAS, The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Department of Water and Sewerage Services, has built the Mill Creek Trunk Sewer to Nolensville, Project No. 98-SG-13 anticipating participation from developers at $2,000.00 per connection towards the cost of the Project; and

WHEREAS, Nolensville Paint and Body agrees to pay an amount not to exceed $2,000 for a total of one public sewer service connection to Haley Industrial Park, Project No. 05-SL-63, in Williamson County, Tennessee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

SECTION 1. The participation agreement with Nolensville Paint and Body to fund one public sewer service connection to Haley Industrial Park, Project No. 05-SL-63, in Williamson County, Tennessee, attached and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Director of Water and Sewer Services is authorized to execute the same.

SECTION 2. That the $2,000 from Nolensville Paint and Body will be deposited as a contribution-in-aid of construction in Water and Sewer Extension and Replacement Fund No.47335.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
