An ordinance amending Ordinance No. BL2006-1096 by renumbering an incorrect section number.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. BL2006-1096 amended Chapter 3.08 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to include a new section number 3.08.250 requiring the Metropolitan Benefit Board to provide an annual report to the Council regarding the Metropolitan Government pension system; and

WHEREAS, for purposes of codification, section number "3.08.250", as designated in Ordinance BL2006-1096, should be section number "3.08.260".

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Ordinance No. BL2006-1096 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the section number "3.08.250", wherein it appears in Section 1, and substituting in lieu thereof the section number "3.08.260".

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its enactment, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
