An ordinance to amend Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws, the Zoning Ordinance of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by changing from CS to MUL zoning property located at 799 Old Hickory Boulevard, 100 and 101 Franklin Pike, 8000 and 8011 Brooks Chapel Road, 116 Wilson Pike Circle, 130 Frierson Street and Frierson Street (unnumbered), bounded by Old Hickory Boulevard, Franklin Pike, Wilson Pike, and Frierson Street (7.38 acres), all of which is described herein (Proposal No. 2006Z-111U-10).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Title 17 of the Code of Laws of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, is hereby amended by changing the Official Zoning Map for Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, which is made a part of Title 17 by reference, as follows:

By changing from CS to MUL zoning property located at 799 Old Hickory Boulevard, 100 and 101 Franklin Pike, 8000 and 8011 Brooks Chapel Road, 116 Wilson Pike Circle, 130 Frieson Street and Frieson Street (unnumbered), bounded by Old Hickory Boulevard, Franklin Pike, Wilson Pike, and Frierson Street (7.38 acres), being Property Parcel Nos. 002, 004, 005, 015, 098, 107, 111, 130 as designated on Map 171-00 of the Official Property Identification Maps of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, all of which is described by lines, words and figures on the attached sketch, which is attached to and made a part of this ordinance as though copied herein.

Section 2. Be it further enacted, that the Metropolitan Clerk is hereby authorized and directed, upon the enactment and approval of this ordinance, to cause the change to be made on Sheet No. 171
said Official Zoning Map for Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, as set out in Section 1 of this ordinance, and to make notation thereon of reference to the date of passage and approval of this amendatory ordinance.

Section 3. Be it further enacted, that this ordinance take effect immediately after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.

Mr. President:
I move to amend Ordinance No. BL2006-1165 as follows:

1. By deleting the property address "799 Old Hickory Boulevard" and parcel number "107", wherein they appear in the caption and in Section 1.

2. By deleting the phrase "7.38 acres", wherein it appears in the caption and in Section 1, and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "6.42 acres".

3. By deleting the sketch and replacing it with the attached sketch.
