ORDINANCE NO. BL2006-1139
An ordinance amending Section 12.32.080 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to allow blue lights on vehicles of the Davidson County Sheriff's Office.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. Section 12.32.080 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws is hereby amended by deleting the phrase "vehicles of the metropolitan police department or highway patrol vehicles", and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "vehicles of the metropolitan police department, the Davidson County sheriff's office or the highway patrol".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
