ORDINANCE NO. BL2006-1068
An ordinance amending Section 16.24.330 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to limit the duration portable storage units may be on residential property.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Section 16.24.330 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following new subsection P.:
"P. No portable storage unit, also known as a "POD", shall remain on residential property for more than thirty (30) days within any given six month period."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
