An ordinance amending Section 2.04.070 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to place a minimum value of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) on the prohibition of Members of Council accepting food and/or beverages.

BE IT ENACTED THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Section 2.04.070 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws be and the same is hereby amended by amending subsection s. by adding after the phrase "food and/or beverages", and before the phrase "furnished by an individual or organization", the phrase "of a value in excess of twenty-five dollars ($25.00)".

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the Welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
