An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of certain easements located on 20 Culvert Street, 3410 Gallatin Pike, 11 Burton Hills Boulevard, 4131 Andrew Jackson Parkway, 936 Firestone Parkway, 417 Myatt Drive, 4108 Belmont Boulevard, 3109 Granny White Pike, 748 Wedgewood Avenue.

WHEREAS, grants of easements have been executed by the respective property owners and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are further described in the Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Services Department's plans on file for multiple stormwater projects specified on Exhibit 1 hereto, and the easements are for the purposes of those stormwater projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements as described in the plans for Project Nos. 05-DL-0812, 05-DL-0813, 05-DL-0814, 05-DL-0815, 05-DL-0816, 05-DL-0817, 05-DL-0818, and 05-DL-0819 on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
