An ordinance approving and accepting a contribution in the amount of $34,370 from Tyler Ring for purposes of traffic infrastructure improvements at Cato Road.

Whereas, the Creekside Trails development has been constructed in the area of Cato Road; and,

Whereas, said development increased the need of the Metropolitan Government for certain traffic infrastructure improvements at Cato Road; and,

Whereas, in acknowledgement of the foregoing, Tyler Ring has offered $34,370 to the Metropolitan Government to be used for said infrastructure improvements.

Now, therefore, be it enacted by the Council of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County:

Section 1. That the contribution of $34,370 from Tyler Ring is hereby approved and accepted, and shall be deposited in a fund designated by the Director of Finance.

Section 2. That the Department of Public Works shall use these funds for the purposes of traffic infrastructure improvements at Cato Road.

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
