An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of certain easements described in the plans for 2604 Pennington Avenue and 1125 and 1817 Cahal Avenue, Stormwater Project No. 04-D-0734, and 1124 Richard Lee Circle, Stormwater Project No. 04-D-0683.

WHEREAS, grants of easements have been executed by the respective property owners and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are described in the plans for Project Nos. 04-D-0734 and 04-D-0683, on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements as described in the plans for Project No. 04-D-0734 and 04-D-0683, on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
