An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of certain easements described in the plans for Bonnalynn Drive, Stormwater Project No. 03-D-0462. (Proposal No. 2005M-063G-14).

WHEREAS, grants of certain easements have been executed by the respective property owners and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are described in the plans for Project No. 03-D-0462, on file with Department of Water and Sewer Services, and are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto; and

WHEREAS, Project No. 03-D-0462, Bonnalynn Drive, has been funded under Capital Improvements Budget No. 02DG0039.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration, is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements described in the plans for Project No. 03-D-0462, on file with the Department of Water and Sewer services, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
