ORDINANCE NO. BL2005-729
An ordinance repealing Chapter 10.68 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to allow the sale and use of fireworks within Davidson County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. Chapter 10.68 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws be and the same is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
