An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government to participate with Richard Argo to provide public sewer service in Davidson County to 6260-6268 Nolensville Road , Project No. 03-SC-216.

WHEREAS, Richard Argo has expressed a desire to provide public sewer service in Davidson County, Tennessee, to a development known as 6260-6268 Nolensville Road, Project No. 03-SC-216; and

WHEREAS, this project is deemed to benefit both parties and the general community, and Richard Argo agrees to pay an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

SECTION 1. The participation agreement with Richard Argo, to provide public sewer services in Davidson County, Tennessee, known as 6260-6268 Nolensville Road, Project No. 03-SC-216 attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved and the Director of Water and Sewerage Services is authorized to execute the same.

SECTION 2. That the $15,000.00 is to be deposited as a contribution-in-aid of construction in Water and Sewer Extension and Replacement Fund No. 47335.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
