An ordinance amending Sections 5.32.030 and 5.32.110 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to increase the amount of the annual commercial vehicle regulatory license and the motor vehicle regulatory license.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. Chapter 5.32 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

1. By amending Section 5.32.030 by deleting the amount "$46.00" and "46.00" respectively, and substituting in lieu thereof the amount "$66.00" and "66.00".

2. By amending Section 5.32.110 by deleting the phrase "thirty-five dollars" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "fifty-five dollars".

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
