An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Chapter 17.12 regarding accessory building floor area controls by increasing the permissible square footage of accessory buildings from 600 square feet to 700 square feet, all of which is more specifically described herein (Proposal No. 2005Z-074T).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That the codification of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

1. By amending Section 17.12.040, Other setbacks, by deleting the phrase "six hundred square feet", wherein it appears in subsection E.1.b., and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "seven hundred square feet".

2. By amending Section 17.12.050, Accessory building floor area controls, by deleting the phrase "six hundred square feet", wherein it appears in subsection A., and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "seven hundred square feet".

Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
