An Ordinance amending Section 11.26.010 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws by amending the definition of "felt tip marker" and "graffiti stick".

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Section 11.26.010 of the Metropolitan Code shall be and the same is hereby amended by amending the definition of "Felt tip marker" and "Graffiti stick" by deleting the phrase "one-eighth of an inch" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "one-quarter of an inch".

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
