ORDINANCE NO. BL2005-573
An Ordinance repealing Substitute Ordinance No. BL2004-409, which amended Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.40.740 to provide for the waiver of application fees for certain zoning applications (Proposal No. 2005Z-047T).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Substitute Ordinance No. BL2004-409, which amended of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, by amending Section 17.40.740 to provide for the waiver of application fees for certain zoning applications, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
