An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of easements described in the plans for 3534 and 3530 Dickerson Pike, Stormwater Project No. 02-D-0227 (Proposal No. 2004M-077G-02).

WHEREAS, grants of easements have been executed by the respective property owner and offered to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County; and,

WHEREAS, the easements are described in the plans for Project No. 02-D-0227, on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and are located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY.

Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, by and through the Director of Public Property Administration is hereby authorized to accept from the respective property owners the easements as described in the plans for Project No. 02-D-0227, on file with the Department of Water and Sewerage Services, and located on the property described in Exhibit 1 hereto, which plans and exhibit are incorporated herein.

Section 2. The easements shall be filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds to evidence their acceptance.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
