An ordinance authorizing the Metropolitan Government to participate with M2H Group to improve the public water service in the area of 807 18th Avenue North in Davidson County, by Metro Project No. 05-WG-4C.

WHEREAS, M2H Group has expressed a desire to provide improved public water service to 807 18th Avenue North, and Metro Project No. 05-WG-4C will improve water service to the area of and including this address; and

WHEREAS, this Project is deemed to benefit both parties and the general community, and M2H Group has agreed to participate in the Project with an amount not to exceed $30,000.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. The participation agreement with M2H Group to provide improved public water services to the area of 807 18th Avenue North by Metro Project No. 05-WG-4C, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Director of Water and Sewer Services is authorized to execute the same.

SECTION 2. That the $30,000 from M2H Group will be deposited as a maintenance fee in Water and Sewer Extension and Replacement Fund No. 47335 (BU 65572110.441855. DEVELWAT).

SECTION 3. Amendments to this participation agreement may be approved by Resolution of Council.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
