An ordinance amending Substitute Ordinance No. BL2004-245 by renumbering an incorrect section number.

WHEREAS, Substitute Ordinance No. BL2004-245 in part amended Article 2 of Chapter 24 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to include a new section number 2.24.150 pertaining to a website calendar for board and commission meetings; and

WHEREAS, for purposes of codification, section number “2.24.150”, as designating in Substitute Ordinance BL2004-245, should be section number “2.24.146”.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Substitute Ordinance No. BL2004-245 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the section number “2.24.150” and substituting in lieu thereof the section number “2.24.146”.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its enactment, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
