An ordinance amending Section 2.104.070 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to require that all individuals and firms engaged in tree care and removal activities obtain a permit from the urban forester before engaging in such activities on either public or private property.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

Section 1. That Section 2.104.070 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws be and the same is hereby amended by deleting subsection C. in its entirety.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its enactment, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
