ORDINANCE NO. BL2003-38
An ordinance amending Section 13.08.040 of the Metropolitan Code of Laws to
require that street vendors at all times be in possession of, but not wear,
I.D. badges issued by the county clerk.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND
DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Section 13.08.040.B.6.c. of the Metropolitan Code of Laws shall be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the phrase “worn at all times by vendors and their employees” and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “in the possession of vendors and their employees at all times”.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its enactment, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
