WHEREAS, Global Development, Inc is the owner of Parcel 190 on Tax Map 150-00 and desires to donate an 11-acre tract to The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County Tennessee for the use and benefit of the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools; and

WHEREAS, the Director and the Metropolitan Board of Education, and the Director of Public Property Administration, have approved the acceptance of said property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY, TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County Council hereby accepts the donation of property attached Exhibit A and Exhibit B, along with Ingress/Egress Easement.

SECTION 2. The Director of Public Property Administration, or his designee, is hereby authorized to accept said property title, in the form of a warranty deed.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson requiring it.
