A substitute ordinance amending the Metropolitan Code, Sections 16.52.010 through 16.52.060 relative to structures unfit for occupation or use.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the Metropolitan Code of Laws Sections 16.52.010 through 16.52.060 shall be deleted in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
