ORDINANCE NO. BL99-118
An ordinance amending Section 7.08.090 of the Metropolitan Code relating to distance requirements for issuance of beer permits by exempting certain locations in the CC and CF zone districts from a part of such requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Section 7.08.090 of the Metropolitan Code shall be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following sentence after the second sentence ending "on wheels or otherwise." and prior to the third sentence beginning "This subsection shall not affect":
"Provided that minimum distance requirements contained herein from a dwelling for one or two families shall not be applicable to any location which is in the CC or CF zone district, unless said location is adjacent to a lot in a residential zone district."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
