ORDINANCE NO. BL2003-1499


An ordinance approving the grant of a permanent sewer easement to the Ensworth High School (Proposal No. 2003M-068G-06).


Whereas, pursuant to the terms of the document attached as Exhibit A to this ordinance, the Ensworth High School seeks a permanent sewer easement across property belonging to the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation; and

Whereas, the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation has determined that the granting of this easement would not adversely affect the usage of said property; and

Now, therefore, be it enacted by the Council of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee:

Section 1. The granting of a permanent sewer easement as shown in the attached Exhibit A is hereby approved.

Section 2. The Director of Public Property Administration is hereby authorized to execute Exhibit A.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, requiring it.
