An ordinance amending Title 17 of the Metropolitan Code, Zoning Regulations, by amending Title 17 and Chapter 17.36 by deleting Article XII Urban Zoning Overlay District and the applicable provisions wherein they appear, all of which is more particularly described herein (Proposal No. 2002Z-001T).

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:

SECTION 1. That the codification of Title 17 of the Code of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Zoning Regulations, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:

(a) By amending Chapter 17.36 Urban Zoning Overlay District by deleting it in its entirety.
(b) By amending Title 17 by deleting all references to the Urban Zoning Overlay District and provisions applicable thereto.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days from and after its passage and such change be published in a newspaper of general circulation, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
